ORDERS 
 
 
Orders may be placed online at www.aslgear.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes and duties that may be incurred. 
NY State Sales Tax will be charged to all customers who reside in New York State.  For those who are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt form to (718) 626-1493. Our sales representatives will exclude tax from your order.

Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation number via email. We will promptly email you if there are any problems with your sales order or credit card so that you can make the necessary corrections. Be sure to provide us with an accurate email address.
 
International credit card orders will ship only after customer order has been authorized by the issuing bank. International bank authorization typically processes in 2-3 days after the purchase has been made online.

All charges will appear on your credit card statement as "ASL Gear,Inc."

Orders will be filled in the order in which they are received. Please note that shipment schedules are only estimates and are subject to change. We will use our best efforts to process an order and ship it out on time; however, we are not responsible for any delays processing an order or for any delays due to the shipper.

100% of your deposit will go towards the purchase of your item.  If your order is cancelled before final payment, your deposit will be refunded; however, some cancellations may be subject to a 10% service fee.

AN ORDER MAY ONLY BE CANCELLED BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. To cancel an order, please send a fax or email along with a copy of your order confirmation or order confirmation number and the instruction to cancel your order. Customer payments will be refunded to the charged credit card or Paypal account within 30 days of the request of cancellation.  Some cancellations may be subject to a 10% service fee.

Orders will be shipped complete. If you need a certain item shipped right away and cannot wait for another item that is on backorder, then you will need to email us permission to send part of your order and at what speed (Priority overnight, standard overnight, 2-day, etc.). For a partial order, you will be charged for the extra shipping plus a $25 fee for processing a partial order.

 

REPAIRS

Whether your product is under warranty or not, please contact us via phone or email before sending back your product for repair or replacement. We will provide you with the address for shipping and an RMA number. If an item is shipped to us without an RMA number, then the customer runs the risk of the item not being returned if we cannot verify who sent us the item. The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping. All shipping will be by Federal Express (USPS for the Jimmy Jib Start/Stop Cable) and will be billed at actual cost.

For all repairs, we will provide an estimate for approval before proceeding with any repairs.



WARRANTY


Products purchased from this site have a one year warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; however it does NOT cover connectors and cables due to normal wear and tear. The warranty covers materials and labor, NOT shipping charges. All shipping will be by Federal Express, and will be billed at actual cost. Please do not send back a product for repair under warranty before receiving an RMA number. If an item is shipped to us without an RMA number, then the customer runs the risk of the item not being returned if we cannot verify who sent us the item.

 

All products are compliant with the EU ROHS directive, and do not contain lead.
