Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt by customer as long as the item has not been opened. Before returning an item, please contact us by email so that we can supply you with an RMA number to place on your package. If you return an item without an RMA number, then you run the risk of the item not being credited back to your account in a timely fashion or at all if we cannot determine who returned the item. We will not be held responsible for the loss of any items shipped back to us without an RMA number. Customer payments minus the 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the charged credit card or Paypal account within 30 days of receipt of return of the unopened item.

Returns will not be accepted because of a delay due to the shipper. Once an item has left our warehouse, a restocking fee of 15% per item will be charged for all unopened items that are returned. OPENED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
